As a certified sleep consultant through Dana Obleman’s Sleep Sense program, I can create a plan specially-designed for YOUR family’s unique needs. What’s more, I provide one-on-one support, coming alongside you on your journey to peaceful, restful nights that benefit your entire family.
The combination of a customized plan and nurturing, understanding support, ensures your child receives the tools he needs to sleep on his own in order to benefit from a full, restorative night’s sleep – something little bodies and minds MUST HAVE to be healthy, alert, energetic, and ready to explore and learn!
What’s more, knowing your little one is sleeping peacefully in her bed allows YOU to fully enjoy the benefits of a good night’s sleep, from more patience and clarity, to increase energy and greater well-being.
We all know sleep is vitally important, which is why it can be a source of anxiety and stress for parents struggling to teach their sons and daughters how to sleep through the night. I’ve worked with children of all ages, from newborns to high-schoolers, in the field of education. After informally helping my friends’ families troubleshoot their sleep issues for more than five years, I became a certified sleep coach in order to reach more people in need.
I’ve worked with countless families to help them reclaim calm, peaceful, productive and joyful lives. In addition to serving families with children of all ages, my proficiency in American Sign Language allows me to help families who primarily communicate using ASL and the relay service.
The program I design for you is based on your child’s age, personality and sleeping habits, as well as your family’s routine and needs.
I create a customized plan that is specific to you and your family’s needs. With this plan, and my support, you will be able to give your child the tools they need to sleep on their own and take full advantage of having a full, restorative night’s sleep that their little bodies and minds need to be healthy, alert, energetic, and ready to explore life!
