Is this program right for me?If you're here, chances are you are tired and looking for answers.
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then I can help you. My approach was created out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children and healthy families. It is of great importance to help your little one become well-rested and develop their own independent sleep skills. At this age, you will see your child be more alert during their awake times, less fussy and irritable, and more happy and engaging with their loved ones. If you are ready for a plan that is easy and clear to follow and will teach your child the skills necessary to sleep through the night and have great naps during the day, contact me to schedule a one-on-one consultation. When we work together, you help your baby develop important life skills that allow them to become a good sleeper. During our time together, you will see your bond and relationship with your child grow and evolve to being one that is not clouded by sleep deprivation and exhaustion. A little note about the "crying" that parents ask about when they consider sleep training their baby, as I think it needs to be addressed here. Crying is your child's way of protesting change, and you can reasonably expect that making a change to their sleep habits and routines will result in some protest. This is why I always make sure to tell parents that our program will likely involve some amount of protest on the child's part. Please understand that I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I ever ask you to ignore their cries. I give you new ways to respond to and comfort your child so that they can continue to feel safe and secure while we work together to teach them new sleep skills. The reason my sleep method is so effective is that it allows you to create a plan that you feel comfortable with, based on what you know about your baby. Select the sleep package that is right for you. All sleep packages must be purchased prior to your sleep consultation. Ask about a sibling discount if you are ready to tackle sleep habits for more than one of your children!* If you aren't sure this package is for you, no worries! Schedule a call with Katie and she can walk you through the process so you can make a decision.

How I will get your family sleeping again
In this consultation we will cover the basics of teaching your baby healthy sleep habits right away so you don’t have sleep challenges later on! We will discuss appropriate expectations for your baby’s sleep along with a gentle sleep plan with clear sleep goals to get your baby off on the right track.
This package includes:
This package includes:
- Private 60 minute consultation (in-person if you live in the Minnesota Twin Cities, Mankato, or Rochester areas or over the phone) – we will discuss strategies for implementing a healthy sleep plan for your baby including sleep expectations, tips for things like teaching your baby the difference between day and night, and encouraging independent sleep.
- Preliminary assessment of your newborn’s sleep habits, if they have already arrived – a comprehensive questionnaire will be emailed to you about your baby’s sleep habits and routines that you will complete prior to our meeting. If your baby is not yet born, we will skip this part of the process.
- Nursery assessment to ensure you have your baby’s sleeping environment in the best possible condition for restful sleep (in-person only).
- Sleep tips and resources - receive new parent tips on feedings, setting up the perfect schedule and routine, determining best awake times, soothing a fussy baby, and other helpful tips.
- Detailed, individualized sleep guide – We will focus on education about various techniques for creating an independent sleeper and develop goals you can work towards that will teach your baby to fall asleep without “sleep props”, how to handle naps, and bedtime routines.
- Four follow-up telephone calls for the eight weeks we are together. These calls are designed to address your progress and any setbacks you may be experiencing. These calls typically last about 15-20 minutes.
- Unlimited email support to answer additional questions you may have.
