For four weeks, I develop and create for you and your child a plan that leads them towards a great night’s rest. This package includes personal phone calls, emails, and interactive sleep logging designed to overhaul their sleep habits and refine their new sleep practices. As children age and approach adulthood, their sleep patterns change and their stresses are different. While they still have a high sleep need to aid in their development and growth, their body continues to develop new demands in how the sleep needs are met, which can lead to a mismatch in expectations and reality. That is what I am here to help with. With my support, your child will develop a healthy relationship with their sleep and be better equipped on how to handle daily stresses without experiencing a negative impact during their overnight rest. How I will get your family sleeping again

That’s why Sleeping Littles offers a support package designed for older children and teens, that includes a individualized plan to get them sleeping better at night. It is never too late to improve their sleep habits. This sleep package includes everything to get you sleeping again – plus a little more time and support.
- Private 60 minute phone consultation – During this time, we will review your child’s sleep plan in detail. We will discuss sleep strategies, troubleshoot possible challenges, and learn how to address issues that are causing them to not sleep well.
- Detailed, customized sleep plan prepared for your child in mind.
- Four weeks of personal coaching from me, Katie.
- Five follow-up telephone calls while your child is implementing their sleep plan, spaced out to each week. These calls are designed to address their progress and any setbacks they may experience.
- Four weeks of email support to answer additional questions that you or your child may have.
- Interactive sleep log specific to your plan and goals. You will complete this each day with your child; it includes detailed analysis of progress made. This helps us focus on measurable progress and results!
Meet KatieKatie has worked in the field of education for more than 10 years working with children of all ages, from newborn up through high school. As a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, she also has worked with families to solve their sleep issues for the past 7 years. She has completed her education to become a certified adult sleep coach, and is now working with adults who are experiencing issues with their sleep and are ready to sleep well once again. She is also proficient in American Sign Language, so she is able to serve families who primarily communicate using ASL and the relay service. She discovered what worked for her family, and now she wants to help you figure out what works for you! |
