​I create a customized plan that is specific to you and your family’s needs, so everyone sleeps better. We work together to help your baby (and you, with our adult plans) become a better sleeper, which in turn, results in a family that sleeps better, functions better, and live better.

When you get the sleep you need, you are able to be the parent you envision yourself being to your child. When your child gets the sleep they need, they are happier and healthier, and life feels a lot more enjoyable. 

Despite the fact that we spend nearly a third of our lives sleeping, we tend to know very little about how sleep actually works. And, sometimes, teaching your child to do something that comes easily to you, can be one of the most difficult and frustrating aspects of parenting, especially when you're in the throes of being a sleep-deprived parent, desperately trying to function and get through each day and the long nights.

​When sleep is a struggle in your home, it can feel impossible to know what to try or how to solve the issue. The worry that you could make the wrong choice can be so intense that you can feel trapped in a never-ending cycle of terrible sleep, and believing that it won't get better.

Meet Katie, In-Home Sleep Consultant

Welcome to Sleeping Littles and Solve Your Sleep! I am so happy to have you here!

My name is Katie, and I am the owner of Sleeping Littles and Solve Your Sleep. If you are looking for answers to help your little one sleep peacefully and independently in their own bed, or you are looking for help with your own sleep issues, you have come to the right place!
 ​I have been personally trained by Dana Obleman, the founder of the Sleep Sense™ Program which has helped over 57,000 parents worldwide learn an effective and gentle solution to their baby’s sleep challenges. Additionally, I received my certification to work with adults who are struggling with their sleep. As a result, I now offer sleep support services for adults facing sleep challenges - let's Solve Your Sleep!

This approach was created out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children, healthy parents, and healthy families.  It is of great importance to help everyone become well-rested. You will see changes in behaviors, including being happier, engaging, active, and eager to learn and explore.

It was wonderful working with Katie. When our Lillian was 4 months old she wasn't sleeping well and we weren't sleeping well - life was not fun! Katie helped us break away from unhealthy sleep habits such as using the pacifier for sleep, having to rock her to sleep, and using the rock n play. Katie put us on a customized schedule that we followed. The first few days were difficult but now we lay Lillian in her bed and she sleeps 11-12 hours STRAIGHT at night and take 2-3 naps a day as a 6 month old. Katie was so good at responding to emails quickly and answering any questions we had during the process. With Katie's help we now have the knowledge to troubleshoot sleeping issues that may develop as she continues to grow.  Seriously life changing! Katie helped us adjust our schedule for our 13 month old who was in the middle of transitioning from two naps to one... although we didn't know it at the time!
